Unit Summary

Another basic exercise is pushups. Drop down on the floor and then come down and push back up. You can do between 15 to 20 pushups. There are many types of pushups that you can do, for example:
  • Diamond Pushups
  • Wide Grip Pushups
  • Plyometric Pushups
You can do these types of pushups at home or anywhere.

Build Your Action Plan

Another basic exercise is the pushup. You can do it anywhere. Just drop down on the floor (as shown in video).. your back straight, you come down touch your chest and then you push back up. You come down, touch and back up...touch, back up. 3..4..5..and you can keep going to 10, 15, 20 ..25.
There is a couple of variety of pushups. You can do:
  1. Standard Pushup
  2. Wide Pushup
  3. Diamond Pushup
The diamond pushup concentrates on the triceps. You got to put your hands like a diamond shape, you come down.. back up..down..back up..
Or you can do a wide pushup. You put your hands wide apart..come down touch your chest..back up.. touch your chest..back up
And for someone who wants to do a more advanced pushup, apply polymetric pushup or you can jump a bit.you can do those. 10,15,20 of those is very good.
You do the pushup..you jump and clap..you jump and clap (as shown in the video)..
